

Dr. Ralf Murjahn is owner and Chief Executive Officer ( CEO) of DAW SE. On June 1st, 2008 he took over the company management of Deutsche Amphibolin-Werke von Robert Murjahn Stiftung & Co KG ( DAW) in Ober-Ramstadt, which was changed into DAW SE in 2013.
He graduated in business administration and has a PhD in chemistry.

Steffen Heiko Fischer joined the DAW management team on 1 May. Following his studies in Economics at Nuremberg University he joined Bosch Siemens Domestic Appliances Ltd in various sales and marketing functions, finally as Regional CEO responsible for sales and marketing in the Regions Middle East, Southeast Asia and North Africa regions. In June 2009, he moved to the Bosch Power Tools Asia division as Senior Vice President Sales. In March 2014, he went to Chicago as Regional CEO for Powertools being responsible for the North American region and primarily serving customers in the professional and DIY sectors. Since 2017, he has been CEO of Bosch Scintilla AG based in Solothurn. Within the Bosch Group, Scintilla AG is responsible for the development, production, sales and marketing of power tools Accessories worldwide.

Dr. Jörg Leuninger joined DAW SE on February 1st, 2022 as Executive Board Member and is responsible for the segments Innovation and Business Fields. Dr. Jörg Leuninger graduated in chemistry and afterwards he obtained his doctorate at the Max-Planck-Institute for polymer chemistry in Mainz. For many years he gained his comprehensive expertise in numerous functions like R&D, marketing, supply chain and HR for BASF SE in Germany and abroad. Before joining DAW SE, Dr. Leuninger was member of the Board of Management of SUN & Effects GmbH and was responsible for Portfolio & Innovation Management.

Since February 2017, Dr. Thomas Späth has been the Managing Director of DAW SE and is responsible for the Finance, Controlling and IT Divisions. After his Chemistry studies and subsequent Doctorate at the University of Göttingen, Dr. Thomas Späth was employed from 1995 to 2001 at the Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant within Germany and abroad. In 2001 he took the position of Head of Group Controlling at the automotive supplier Benteler in Paderborn, and worked there from 2011 as Managing Director of Benteler Deutschland GmbH.

Daniel Weber has been an Executive Board Member of DAW SE as Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO), responsible for purchasing, production, logistics and sustainability, since November 2014. He studied Mechanical Engineering in Bochum and Texas. His professional career with various companies in the chemical industry in Germany and abroad has enabled him to accumulate broad experience in both the industrial and consumer sides of the business.
