Paint shapes people's daily living environment, in private as well as in public spaces. DAW therefore provides sponsorship awards in areas where its technical expertise is of particular importance, such as the painting trade. Supporting children and adults who need help is also an important concern for us.

In addition to providing rapid assistance in emergency situations, we focus our attention on projects that improve the opportunities and living conditions of disadvantaged groups - especially children.
Support for children and adolescents
At our headquarters in Ober-Ramstadt, we are committed to the children's and youth organization Die ARCHE e. V. in Frankfurt. In addition to financial donations, employees also help by donating food or Christmas wish campaigns.
Promoting inclusion
For more than ten years, we have been working together with the Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie Foundation, which is involved in supporting disabled persons, young people and the elderly. In addition to financial support for the foundation, DAW also provides employment for people with disabilities at the Ober-Ramstadt site.

The future of the German painting and varnishing trade is very important for us. That is why we are committed to the industry with a sponsorship award. We also honor architects who stand out in the design of buildings through color, surface design and structure.

With the Dr. Murjahn Förderpreis, DAW recognizes special talents who help shape the painting trade with their outstanding achievements. The award, which is awarded annully,highlights the innovative strength and expertise of the German painting and decorating trade.

Caparol Architecture AwardThe architecture award "” “Paint - Structure – Surface” of our l brand Caparol honors exyemplary implemented color and material concepts. In 2012, Caparol expanded the architecture award to include the category "Students" in order to also promote young creative talent.
