As an owner-managed family business, DAW has been developing, producing, and distributing innovative coating systems for buildings and building protection for five generations. Our corporate identity is firmly rooted in the fundamental belief that economy, ecology, and social responsibility must be in harmony with one another.
We consider respect for human and employee rights and the respectful use of resources and the environment to be a fundamental part of responsible corporate management. The DAW Group Policy Statement (only in German) provides information about our approach and our processes for implementing due diligence obligations within the framework of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
Our stance is also reflected in the DAW Group Code of Conduct, which sets out binding internal rules of conduct and compliance with these rules, including with regard to human rights, fair working conditions, responsible treatment of the environment, and product quality and safety. It applies to all employees.
We pass on these values and principles to our supply chain in our DAW Group Supplier Code of Conduct. This obliges our suppliers and business partners to comply with the same principles and standards as our company.
