DAW is looking for applicants with an excellent university degree and international experience from studies or internships abroad.

During the program, an International Management Trainee at DAW works in various departments within the organization. In each department trainees are involved in challenging projects according to their major e.g. Marketing and Sales, Internal Audit, HR, Controlling and Finance, Production and Logistics, IT, Procurement or Inhouse Consulting.

During a 3-6 months period in the International Business department trainees work on projects with international assignments and thereby get to know some of our 30 foreign subsidiaries.

Every International Management Trainee experiences an individually organized program. Regular meetings with the human resources department ensure continuous planning and steady progress.

International Management Trainees at DAW organize additional meetings for networking and discussing all current topics regarding the company.

DAW provides individual mentoring for its International Management Trainees by dedicated experienced managers.

The program is completed by seminars which help to build up and strengthen soft skills such as self and time management, leadership and management, project management as well as rhetoric and presentation skills.

DAW intends to maintain a long-lasting relationship with its International Management Trainees. Therefore the company offers a permanent contract right from the beginning.
